Deposit & preparation
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please arrive with clean, washed, and fully detangled hair. Extra charges may apply for excessive detangling, so preparing your hair beforehand helps us stick to your scheduled time and avoid additional costs.
Service selection & curly styles
Be sure to select the correct service, size, and length when booking to avoid delays or price changes on the day. If your style requires curly hair (e.g., Boho Braids, Goddess Braids, Mermaid Braids), please check the specific hair requirements before booking to ensure we can create your desired look perfectly.
Consultations & home services
If you're unsure which style to choose, feel free to send us a photo for a consultation before booking – we're here to help you decide! Home service appointments are also available for an additional fee, bringing our expertise directly to your door.
Punctuality & rescheduling
